Applications

If you like the property and wish to proceed, you will be invited to submit a pre-application.
All pre-applications are forwarded to the landlord for consideration.
Once a successful applicant has been chosen by the landlord, you will then:
Pay one week’s rent to secure the property
Be referred to Rightmove Referencing for full pre-tenancy checks
Receive a Holding Deposit Agreement / receipt for signature
The one week’s rent paid will be deducted from your first rental payment once the tenancy begins.








Referencing & Pre-Tenancy Checks

Browns Estate Agents use Rightmove Referencing to carry out all pre-tenancy checks. These may include:
Identity verification
Credit checks
Employment and/or income verification
Previous landlord references
All applications are subject to satisfactory referencing results and final landlord approval.
