Our Rooms

Browns Estate Agents rooms are all fully licensed by South Tyneside Council. Rooms are fitted with Fire safety Alarms, fire doors and walls are fire boarded. Under the licence, all rooms are sound proofed and insulated. Licenses are displayed in the reception. All rooms are let on a week to week basis. Rooms are priced from £70-£110. All bills are included in the price;- gas, electric, council tax, water rates, internet Minimum let is 2 weeks up to permanent living accommodation. Our company has 91 rooms within 5 minute walk of the college ranging from £80-£110 per week so I can guarantee you a high quality room!!! We do not take a bond or deposit. If you require a room and would like to book in advance your first weeks rent would be required to secure the room. No Deposit! No Bond!
