Recently, we had the incredible opportunity to feature on the popular BBC TV show, Homes Under the Hammer! During the renovation, he managed to add an extra bedroom, turning the original 3-bedroom maisonette into a 4-bedroom home—boosting both its value and appeal. By smartly refreshing the space and making the most of the existing features, Andrew successfully brought new life to the property while sticking to his budget.
