We quickly built up a good relationship keeping in touch with Alison and giving her regular updates on the progression of her sale, however, Alison voiced her frustrations on how she was failing to get any updates or information relating to the sale of the property she was selling from the agent she had instructed. There were questions she had that were being left unanswered leaving Alison feeling anxious and upset.

We recognised the stress it was causing Alison and were able to get the answers she was looking for and the updates she needed.
